Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days once full payment for an order is received. Please ensure that all information provided is correct - your name, address and contact information. If the incorrect address is entered, it is your duty to inform us as soon as possible. We are unable to re-send an order if an incorrect address is provided. Loss or Damage
We are not responsible if an order is lost or damaged in transit, however, we will make an enquiry with Australia Post if your order was sent with tracking (not letter envelope posts). No refunds or replacements will be issued for goods lost or damaged in transit.
We require items sent in error to be posted back to us in its original condition (unwashed and uncut). Postage will be reimbursed and the correct item, if in stock, will be sent to you. If the item is not in stock, we will issue a refund.
